The Care360 EHR Grant Program has three options that cover: 

• A 20-month license, if contracts are fully executed (and first year payment made) on or before April 30, 2012 (a value of $9,300)

     or

• A 15-month license, if contracts are fully executed (and first year payment made) between May 1, 2012, and August 31, 2012 (a value of $7,600)

    or

• A 10-month license, if contracts are fully executed (and payment made) between September 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012 (a value of $6,400)

In addition, the Care 360 EHR Grant program covers 85% of standard training and implementation.
